My own Steak Marinade Oriental:

1/4 c  Light Soy/Teriyaki sauce
1/8 c Oyster Sauce
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
1 Tablespoon Brandy
Three drops Sesame oil
A large shallot chopped
A Tablespoon of Fresh Cracked Pepper
A Teaspoon of grated Orange Peel
A Half teaspoon of finely chopped Ginger root

BROIL your meat, the marinade will caramelize into a crunchy crust
on the edges.
